Our story.

How we started

She automated her own job three times before this.

So when founder Becca Leisher saw law firms buried in manual filing, she didn't see admin - she saw a problem worth solving.

That instinct is where Auto Admin began, in July 2022: find the work nobody should be doing by hand, and make it disappear. The first lawyer she called said yes - hired on the spot.

From there, Auto Admin grew firm by firm - cold calls, referrals, and events - building a stellar reputation across criminal defense and collections, one filing at a time.

How we scaled

We built what most engineers won't touch.

While the business grew, the work that would change everything was happening in the background.

The court API integration would transform what Auto Admin could do - and it took three years to build, a collaboration with Tyler Technologies, government certification, and engineering work that most developers won't go near.

It's the reason Auto Admin can file a new case every ten seconds, automatically, with no human in the loop. And it's the reason competitors can't get near us.

In January 2026, the new platform went live. By April 2026, Filing Magic was complete - and our filing capacity went from 200 cases a month to 200,000.
